Played some good baseball at the Fort Scott camp. I hit a few hard line drives, just right at people. I also had some solid defensive plays.

I have been working hard in the gym. Recently did a max week and improved all metrics. 350lbs squat, 445lbs trap bar deadlift, and a 30.5 inch vertical jump along with a few other movements.
