Are you curious as to how we made the LocalDeck?. You can now take a peak behind the curtain as we've just made the CAD repository publically accessible!.

We already display the DE VAT number on the parcel's label and in the extended customs descriptions we submit. We're struggling to understand what more we can do to prevent additional VAT charges!. We'll continue doing our best to ensure nobody foots the bill twice!. AA.

Unfortunately, the German Tax office has rejected our various IOSS applications because we no longer have a physical presence in Germany. Since we don't have an IOSS number, customs sometimes charge us for our parcels despite a valid full VAT registration.

It's important to know that we have a German VAT registration covering Europe!. If your postal services send you a bill, please send them our VAT number or email us for a VAT invoice to send them. If they insist, let us know, and we can refund the VAT amount we have collected.

A quick note on Taxes!. We know that a few of our EU customers have been hit with various import charges since going in-house. This is far from ideal, and we are pushing to resolve this!.
