There's gridlock at Chicago’s Port - Iroquois Landing, w/ truck blockages & stacked rail cars. CN railroad can't unload, leading to semis going around downed gates, w/cars following suit. Hazardous conditions are putting both workers & the public at risk.

Local 150 Members are encouraged to attend the Installation of IUOE Local 150 Officers on 9/5 at 7 PM, where we will be fortunate to have IUOE General President John Downey in attendance. The specially called meeting will take the place of the September District Union Meetings.

Update on Chicago’s port: The vessel ARAGONBORG, w/cranes, has been docked for 11 days, & ROERBORG, carrying 40,000 lbs coils, has been waiting 4 days. This delay is 2x the usual wait time, a logistics breakdown. Local 150 is on strike against QSL.
