DLC LEAK SPOILERS Mega crabominable turning into a boxer coming out of retirement and gaining back crabrawler design traits
If i'm being completely honest, it's from seeing so many takes on expanding Crabrawlers boxer theme that really made me appreciate Crabominable's retired boxing coach theme. His big paw/claws are meant to reflect boxing pads. He's the guy a rising underdog meets to be a mentor.

this one is prob pyroar cuz of vinnie is prob related to lysandre and the rug is an islamic prayer rug, in which lions do have some symbolism. But i wouldnt be surprised if drampa became some sort of religious monk in its mega and it was just vinnie's ace

If you thought Feraligatr had deep design inspirations…Mega Eelektross might take the cake. Here’s all I could find so far: Eelektross is inspired by a few different fish and eel,but it’s mega leans hard into it being a hagfish. Which is a sort of eel that creates insane
