I'm sorry. If you can’t get online due to no card reader, you would need to call to speak to our service team. Call us on 0345 072 5555 between 8am to 6pm and Saturday, 9am to 2pmand make sure the reason for your call is to speak to someone, and it should get you through. ^Roy

On Saturday 19th October we’ll be upgrading our Faster Payments Service. We’re sorry, you won’t be able to make payments from 00:00 to 06:30am on Saturday. You can still move money between your own accounts and all our other services are available.
