The Modified XC team finished 1st today at the EJ Herrmann Invite out at Proctor Park. Girls finished 2nd behind New Hartford. Brayden Lapp and Violet Devendorf both finished 1st in their respective races!

We did a little different Donut day today. Usually break up by school but our numbers are lob sided based on schools so we just split the teams into three groups. Here are our group winners and overall winner @JMurphySRE @BridgeColabello

Congrats to the girls 4x100 relay team who ended up finishing 8th overall in the nation at NB Nationals! The best part was they got their own intro to the race!

Congrats to Taylor Page as she ran in the Championship 800 race at NB Nationals. She had a hard weekend; running the 2 mile and coming back to race the 4x800 two hours later, to then racing today in the open 800! Good luck at Binghamton and looking forward to see how you do!

Congrats to Katie Martin as she finished 25th in the freshman open 800 down at NB Nationals and set a new PR and is in the Top 10 for Liverpool!
