FIRST ALERT// Tropical Storm Melissa // This storm is not too well organized and forecast to move west to northwest over the next few days. It is forecast to become a hurricane, but the models differ in the future path. No threat at this time and we will continue to monitor.

Interstate traffic is not looking good for our Tuesday morning. We are seeing delays on I-526 due to accidents at the Westmoreland Bridge and Don Holt Bridge.

6:40am FIRST ALERT: Highway 165 and Gadsden Street is shutdown in Ravenel due to a power pole blocking the roadway. CCSO says crews are currently working to clear the roadway.

FIRST ALERT TRAFFIC: @SCDOTPress will close I-26 WB between Exits 209 and 212 (Ashley Phosphate Road and I-526) at 10 PM for overnight repairs on the Eagle Drive overpass. Traffic will be redirected to Rivers Avenue (US-52) until Sunday morning. #CHSTRFC
