Don't let labels define a child.Jack is always told what's wrong with him but Rusty celebrates his strengths, treats him as an equal, and shows us how to be a truly great coach. Be more like Rusty. #Inclusion #Coaching

... 3. Tips: •Throw from knee level • Start the ball low and aim at the belly when throwing • Use a bib/balloon/socks/soft ball to start the catching process. Not getting hurt is the child's priority, so ensure they feel safe before moving onto the more difficult throws

... But, the ball changing trajectory can be difficult at first. Throw 2, as the ball stays at the same height can be easier to judge and for the child to catch.....

1. The most difficult is ball 1. Coming from a height, it can initially frighten the child that it is going to hit them in the face. The changing trajectory can be difficult to judge also. 2. The easiest is 2 or 3, if both are thrown well. The ball bouncing is safe to the child..
