Another @Ryanair flight. Another delay. Stood in a tunnel for 20 minutes beside the aircraft. No information from ground staff. Customer Service does not exist in Ryanair’s world.

Curious to know @Ryanair why your App tells me “Flight on Time” while the departures screen info at Shannon Airport is showing an estimated departure time of 00:15…

Just once, it would be great to travel on @Ryanair flight that leaves on time. 10 flights this year with them, not one gone on time. I know my experience is probably a minuscule % of FR flights but, honest to god, it’s draining 😫
