We’ve somehow made it onto the shortlist for this year’s Grand Choice Community Decision… we’re as surprised as you are! 😄 We’re hoping to bag some funding to get a ball stop for Wallace Park – meaning fewer balls flying over fences and fewer dramatic retrieval missions.

It was a slightly smaller turnout this morning, as some wives and mums had other ideas and kept a few of the boys at home for a bit of well-deserved pampering. Still, there was plenty of craic to be had, and we’ll be back again next week with even bigger numbers

Happy Mother’s Day! As it’s Sunday morning, we thought we’d give you a bit of peace and quiet by taking some of the husbands and sons out to a pitch to run about and tire themselves out.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support the event, including our local political representatives. Here’s to the continued power of sport in bringing everyone on this island together. Also thank you to our funders it would never have happened without your support

We had a brilliant time sharing the game of hurling today and loved picking up some new skills ourselves. That said, a few of our lads were gutted to learn they aren't allowed to use catcher’s mitts in hurling!

We’re incredibly passionate about our sport, but today was a reminder that everyone who takes to the pitch is cut from the same cloth. Sport has a unique way of bringing communities together, and we hope that spirit continues for a long time to come.

Grass glorious grass. After enough rain to even scare Noah it was great to be out today on our natural environment. It's great to see our numbers growing week in week out. Get in touch if you want to join us

Thankfully we got the hurling in before the thunder and lightning started. Another great morning of hurling but a few sore bodies crying out for a grass pitch. Fingers crossed we are back in Wallace park next Sunday

We were back at it this morning – possibly the only dry hour Ireland’s seen all year 🌦️ Great craic as always, especially with a couple of new players getting stuck in. Don’t forget we’re always keen for new faces to come along and get involved.
