Maybe this has happened to you… You’re a composer at a new music festival. You meet a performer and they express enthusiastic interest in your music. When you get home, you send them the score. But then…crickets. You never receive a response.

Also can I say: I got married. I'm not eligible for my old plan anymore because my household income increased. This is me trying to be proactive and say, charge me more! Why is that so hard?

Lots of folks are in much more complicated situations than I am as their student loans enter repayment. If I was just allowed to change this on my own, it could free up some customer service time for their needs.

All I want to do is select a different repayment plan for my student loans. But I have to do this via phone call, not online (why? I'm an adult. They're my loans. Shouldn't I get to decide how to repay them?) So I sit here. On hold. For 30+ minutes. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.
