A slightly Italian/Brazilian-style, home-cooked breakfast: A Bourdain-inspired grilled mortadella, provolone, and Dijon sandwich. I added an egg—why not? This combo isn't found in traditional recipes, but it lets the sunny vibes flow through with the egg yolk. "Yummy" is spot on!
