Grateful my kids live so close to me that I can start my workday with a walk around my neighborhood with my granddaughter early thus morning while it is still cool outside and the sun hasn’t quite broken through the cloud cover yet. Her chunky toes make me laugh.😂

I’m pretty proud of growing my own dinner! Gardening became a hobby in early pandemic days but it’s really satisfying and relaxing!

Went to movies tonight. Sat next to entire family who thought it was great idea to all take their shoes off. Two hours of foot stink. What is wrong with people and the total lack of social awareness. Vile. 🤢🤮.

When people say being a grandparent is awesome they are not exaggerating. And for me, it’s not because I can give them back. It’s because experiencing them without the weight of worrying all the time is a second chance to enjoy the absolute magic of childhood. I am so grateful.

Have a busy busy weekend but got up early and sat outside with some tea and enjoyed everything my backyard was offering! Spring is here and my hour of quiet enjoyment has now turned to “ugh my allergies” 😆 worth it!

I have a 4.5 hour flight. Guy on my flight sat in my seat by mistake, and so I just took his and didn’t make him move because he had already laid out all his stuff. My seat had an empty middle seat. Just sayin, I gave up an empty middle seat to be nice so I expect some good karma
