@LinguaDigitalis gave such a wonderful talk yesterday about how the language we use creates our reality. Her reflections on the leaky pipeline for women in academia were especially timely, when all around me women are talking about whether we will stay or go.
As women progress higher on the academic ladder, they quietly disappear from the system. Can we really explain this leaky pipe by blaming women's personal choices? https://t.co/Tdh6QcLgca
