Standing up to abuses of power isn’t bullying. A responsible person in leadership must investigate reports of misconduct & if needed remove the problematic actor from the environment—standard HR practices. Don’t equate one’s poor reactions to accountability as bullying. #orpol

Petition to switch the “Pain Scale” from a numerical value to a list of activities that are impeded by the level of pain you’re in.

The Canadian leg of my recent flight required passengers to wear masks and they did. The US leg of the same trip (with many of the same ppl) did not require it and most didn’t. Reject the notion that public health must bend to what people will do anyway. It can lead.
