I liked the Matt Eberflus hire. He was a takeaway guru, and his defenses were top 10 in points allowed in almost every year as a DC. But for some reason, he was dreadful. Worse than Mike Nolan, and that's hard to do. While change is needed, the next guy guarantees us nothing.
