Today we have a selection of pupils from Lime Tree taking a part in Surrey Cricket Clubs Disability Day 2025. Its a fantastic opportunity for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). They will be taking part in a day of inclusive sports and activities.

Lime Tree's Annual Enterprise event on the 8th July. The pupils have been working together to make a food item from the continent they are learning about they will then sell the items to parents at the event. The event will end with a selection from yearly performances.

Congratulations to our talented pupils who took part in the Boundless Festival Debating Competition last week!.They debated whether ‘everyone should be vegetarian’ and if ‘planting trees is more important than building houses’. Thank you to Meridian High School for hosting us.

In Reception this term they had some little visitors in Giraffe class - tadpoles! .We watched over time as they grew legs and changed into froglets. It was fascinating noticing them spend more time out of water as they became frogs. #froglets #tadpols #glfschool #glf #recpetion

Yesterday Y1, Y2, Y3, Y5 had the opportunity to enjoy an M&M Production Theatre Show of Pinocchio. The show was amazing, our pupils were engaged throughout. The team were great and created an enjoyable experience not only for pupils but staff too. #show #glfschool #pinocchio

Today our Reception pupils are heading to Gatton Park. As part of their growing project the children will get the chance to take part in two programmes; Jasper's Beanstalk and the Forest School.

Our Year 4's have made their way to High Ashurst today for an overnight stay where they will be sleeping in tepees, nestled amongst the trees. They will participate in four activities over the two days, we look forward to their return tomorrow. #schooltrip #glfschools #glf
