A lot of y'all are on your Brian Johnson shit so I feel like it's relevant to share: .Heat adaptation is very easily trainable. If you start training a little bit at peak hours now, long outdoor exercise in summer temps won't feel hard, you won't overheat sitting by the beach etc.
