Was completing one of the SpiderBot bomb defusal missions near a main quest marker, accidentally got too close to the marker as the Spider-Bot, and triggered the cutscene. The game softlocked me, I couldn't do anything but move. I had to reset to last checkpoint to continue.(2/2)
