2/2 I spoke to someone who said they'd put me through to another department, waited another 20 mins only to be told that it was the wrong department. I now have to go to work and have received no help. Your customer service used to be better! Awful!.

After a long wait, yesterday I finally crossed the stage for my Masters degree. It was hotter than Hades, I was in a cap and gown, I'm pretty sure I melted. Caught up with some awesome friends and mum was able to come with her new hip-all round, great day 🥂👩🎓🥵🎓🥳 @SalfordPGRs
