As terribly upsetting as this is, i repost because people need to be aware of what it happening.
Canadian priorities: tells us about a guy who raped a 3 month old baby so violently she required reconstructive surgery. He drowned a 3 year old. The BC government paid for his implants while in prison and now he’s transferred to a women’s prison …
