2025 was a year of growth and challenges, but through it all, our mission was strengthened. As we reflect on the impact we’ve made together, we’re also looking ahead with gratitude and excitement. 2026 marks LifeSTEPS’ 30-year anniversary, and we can’t wait to celebrate together.

LifeSTEPS celebrated two new affordable housing communities in Hayward- Mission Paradise and Pimentel Place. Developed in partnership with EAH Housing, LifeSTEPS will provide support supportive housing services, including case management to help residents remain stably housed.

This is the amazing thing about our partnership with @USA Properties—when they see a need, they take action. As the demand for food support continues to grow beyond available resources, USA Properties stepped up with a thoughtful food drive for senior residents at Sage at Folsom.

We’re proud to celebrate a collaboration at Estuary 1. Alongside the LifeSTEPS services residents receive, the Alameda Housing Authority has partnered with Alameda Point Collaborative to bring in-person workforce development and financial counseling directly to the community.

LifeSTEPS celebrated the Grand Opening of Estuary I and Linnet Corner in Alameda! 🏘️ We’re honored to partner with the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda to provide case management and supportive services, ensuring residents have the resources they need to thrive. 💙
