LCFS has been gearing up for the Recruit Academy starting next week. The last 2 days, Captain Ashdown has spent time with the instructors from LCFS going over the fundamentals that need to be taught and gave the instructors some hands on training time. Class 1, we are ready.

We are one week away from the beginning of the Liberty County Fire Recruit Academy - Class 1. Class 1 is starting with 11 recruits and will be 14 weeks of intense training, learning the fundamentals of becoming a firefighter. Stay tuned and follow Class 1. #LibertyProud
