If you’re watching the news, especially from Italy,& you’re still not adhering to strict social distancing then you are now bordering on criminally reckless negligent behaviour that will cost lives. This is not a drill, or people ‘panicking’, this is the real deal. So GET REAL.

Miles came home from work today (he farms and self isolates in a tractor all day everyday) and said he couldn’t believe the sheer volume of traffic on the roads, cars filled with 3 or 4 people. I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND. Why are people not taking the threat of COVID-19 seriously?

Saw a very sad picture today; an elderly shopper walking past the empty supermarket shelves. We must remember that many people, for many reasons, are unable to do a big, bulk shop. Now is the time to #bekind & check in on our neighbours, especially anyone who is vulnerable.

Wow @KLM_UK what appalling customer service. Cancelled a flight from Amsterdam tomorrow morning and rescheduled for Wednesday. Are you actually joking. Would warn anyone not to use KLM unless you want to be left stranded abroad.

The Minor Injury Unit @ NPTH has extended opening hours this weekend because of current pressures. It will be open 7.30am-12 midnight on Friday 10th January, Saturday 11th, and Sunday 12th. Our A&E @ Morriston Hospital is very busy and likely to remain so all weekend & into Mon.

If I have learnt anything during my 6 years of university it is that I procrastinate terribly during daylight hours but as soon as it is dark I become productive 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
