When asked what inspired her career change, Morgen said:.“I’ve always wanted to be a teacher. Maths was my favourite subject at school, probably because of the brilliant teachers I had. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them, and I’d love to pay that forward.”.

Morgen joined us straight from university in June 2021 as a Graduate Process Engineer and quickly made her mark. Stepping into the role of Process Engineer, she became a key part of the team, always ready to tackle challenges and solve problems.

Farewell & Good Luck, Morgen!. After four fantastic years at Levenseat, we’re bidding a fond farewell to Morgen, who is leaving us today to pursue her dream of becoming a high school Maths teacher. She’ll begin her 1-year postgraduate course at Strathclyde University this August.

It was through working on school projects that Lauren found her true calling — teaching. She’ll start her PDGE at Strathclyde Uni in August with four school placements ahead. We can’t wait to see where her new path leads!.

She helped refresh toolbox talks, update the welfare screen, and brought new energy to our Christmas and fundraising events. Lauren also took charge of Intranet posts and helped pilot Learn with Levenseat in local schools.

Lauren joined us while studying Multimedia Journalism & Communications at GCU. She balanced uni life with her role here brilliantly — first during her placement, then staying on part-time. Her dedication never went unnoticed!.

Today, we say goodbye to Lauren, who’s been part of our Comms Team since 2023. She brought creativity, positivity & real passion to every project. We wish her all the best as she begins her journey to become a primary school teacher!
