The title bar and toolbar are no longer mentioned in the new description (although they are still mentioned in the title), and the part that warned about performance issues has been removed, this *could be in preparation for enabling this effect by default.

In Edge's tab groups (Vertical tabs) there are buttons to open a new tab and to open the group menu, well Microsoft wants to add these same buttons in the horizontal tabstrip so they are TESTING a mini-menu that appears when you hover over the group header
