The lioness wraps the little one up into her arms. And gently rubs her hand up and down her side. Humming softly. ❝ Any reason you can’t sleep, my cub? ❞

She figured as much. That, she can happily do. And look! She’s coming to join her little one in the bed. Arms extended to her.

Ah, the lioness knows this battle well. A bed time story used to help her, but the lioness fears the little cub may be too old for that now. Would she care for cuddles?

There’s a hum as the lioness pulls her cub closer, and cuddles her. She’s a happy mama to know her cub is never too old for cuddles.
