still treating it like a chronic QT tendonopathy and hoping to see some gains over the next 6 months but this is getting frustrating for everyone involved

11 months of QT pain after ACL-QT and LSI of about 50%. Saw doc and got lidocaine to QT area and was pain free. Retest of quad strength right after injection and no change in strength (actually went down slightly from testing 10 days ago). Was hoping the pain free QT would give

Incidental gallstone finding that is asymptomatic, Surgery or no? I say no surgery but someone has been told to have the surgery now in case they have a painful flare-up sometime in the future. 🤔

Pretty astounding that, in 2025, there isn't an option for fans at home to watch a live stream of every individual match at the Ryder Cup. Even a paid option. The Masters does this with all 18 holes. There are only 4 groups on the course at Bethpage Black.
