Happy Gilmore 2 is like seeing that best friend from High School you haven’t seen in 30 years. You reminisce, you laugh, you talk about the good ole days and you laugh some more. Nothing can top those glory days but it’s great to see that friend again.

It’s now to the point where I’m talking people out of ACL-QT after seeing a surgeon and trying to convince them to switch to a surgeon that does a PTG. Sorry, not sorry!.

I don’t have any of these issues with a PTG this far out from surgery. Now you see my frustrations with this graft choice.
Anyone else struggling to get their ACL-QT patients that test isometrically at 90 degrees to be pain free with testing? I have 2 right now that are 9+ months after surgery that are stuck at 50% and 70% LSI because of continued pain (only with testing).
