Track 14 - Talk To Me Nice This was another one of those tracks that when we were writing it I knew it was something special! It’s about my beautiful husband. The idea that even after 9 years, we still manage to keep that fire burning and it still feels exciting 😍

Track 12 - FREE This is one of my favourites to perform live, I feel every word. I needed a song to encapsulate the new found freedom I experienced after going independent. Trusting and betting on myself. Having the reggae influence on this album has also been so special!

Track 11 - you ARE a star One of the most special moments on the album. Having my grandparents on my first solo album means more than I can put into words. I’ll have this forever now, so grateful they could be part of it. This interlude is the storyboard for the whole album 🥹

Track 10 - Sunrise God I love this song, it was written at my camp in LA. This is one of those tracks that just feels like a warm hug, i love the way i used my voice on this track. You guys always say my tone is like butter and I wanted to show that off a piece more 😝🤣

Track 9 - Me minus U I love this song and I’ve held it close ever since we started it. I had the title Me Minus U, and wanted a song to show that no matter what you go through with someone. To be without them means nothing, but together it just makes sense ❤️

Track 8 - Best Version Of Me This one is about my mental health when we left Little Mix and went solo. I felt like there were so many expectations on us to follow on from the groups success. This industry can really break someone but I’ve spent the last couple of years… (1/2)

Track 7 - Most wanted I teased MW at the end of my NHF Tour and finally got to release it a year later! 😩🙏🏽 I believe everything happens for a reason, and getting to work with Rvssian and Valiant was a dream! I wanted to make you feel like that girl, because you are! 😝❤️‍🔥💚

Track 6 - Burning up There are so many things I love about this track. The production and drums are crazy and then the chorus melody is just euphoric! It was my first camp as an independent artist and I was able to create with no boundaries, no briefs and no limitations❤️‍🔥

Track 4 - Been A Minute The nostalgia is so real with this song, you hear it and just want to move! I knew from the moment I heard the sample it had to be my first release as an independent artist! 😍 Clock the ego easter egg at the end... 👀 💃🏽❤️‍🔥

Track 3- Revival A clap back to anyone who had ever doubted or under estimated me. This was my reclamation of power. A track that really laid the foundation for the album. Everything was cementing in a way I hadn't felt before. My sonic, direction just everything. 💚❤️‍🔥

Track 2- Dead And Gone I remember speaking to the writers Owen and Coffee about this ego that I wanted to let out, how she is a representation of my younger self and the fire I felt I lost over the years. Dead and gone was her rebirth. The beginning of finding myself again ❤️‍🔥💚

1. Look into my eyes. I Knew I wanted an epic opener to this album. Something unexpected to represent this Ego mentality. I was sick of feeling contained and controlled, this was my release literally! And that change in production from the reggae beat to the fall to the floor🤌🏽
