My mom taught me that I have to create my own happiness. I cannot rely on anything outside of myself to make me happy.

The day that you stop fearing death is the day that you will truly start to live.

I would never say that someone fumbled me. I would say that our energies just didn’t align and the misalignment manifested in separation.

3 things that happened in my late 30s: 1. I discovered that the truest love I can ever experience is the love I have for myself 2. I understood that I was gifted life to enjoy it and started to truly enjoy my life 3. I learned to take nothing personally and forgive everyone

Choose yourself

My spiritual journey has lead me to a place where I’m disinterested in the offerings of this world. I am no longer motivated by money, success, status, or affluence. My primary focus is seeking the kingdom of God.

There is only one way and that’s through it.

Sometimes I have to stop and ask, “am I the problem?”

I find it hard to rejoice in my accomplishments because I know that everything I do will pass. I give God glory for tall, but the temporal aspect of this realm makes it hard to value its contents and offerings.

There are no shortcuts in this spiritual journey. Crystals, tarot, and plant medicine, though useful, are not substitutes for the real work of sitting with yourself, taking responsibility for your life, and making choices in alignment with true love.

I’m grateful to be alive and to experience the greatest gift, which is love.

I love being myself and I love creating spaces where people feel free to also be themselves.

I only suffer when I forget to trust God.

The biggest lesson that I’ve learned from ayahuasca is to have no fear and move boldly through life, knowing that I am divinely protected in all that I do.

Never underestimate the power of just showing up!

God’s plans are always better than my plans. I’m grateful for every closed door, rejection, and detour. Life is beautiful when you surrender to Divine will!

Loving yourself is a byproduct of knowing yourself.

We will continue to experience the same things until we learn the lesson. It is not to punish you, but to allow you to know your true nature and transcend the lies of the ego. We all have free will, God will not force you to love and value yourself or your Source.
