We already contacted Zuse to ask for delisting LeemonSwap NFTs as soon as possible and advise everyone not to trade the NFTs. 10/

He also had an additional wallet on that same computer without a backup and other team members that left deleted theirs. That effectively locked the team out of the multisig since now only 3/7 of a 4/7 multisig are available. 9/

And if we thought that things couldn't get any worse... today we have received the news that one of the dev team members had lost his laptop and didn't have access to his wallet anymore. 8/

While that discussion was ongoing, we have approached another Hedera project that is developing protocols and tools for the Hedera ecosystem to attempt a joint venture, but it didn't go through, so refunding became the only viable option left. 7/

Considering the uphill battle of launching a DEX with no HBAR farm incentives while others do, that the aggregator will have to wait for a HIP to work, we started discussing the option of refunding people with the remaining treasury instead of just burning through it. 6/

Additionally, we do not believe that the business model is sustainable with Hedera's current DeFi landscape, which has further complicated our efforts to bring this project to fruition. 5/

To name a few: costs for querying liquidity, the fact that there are several types of wHBAR for different DEXs and changes regarding the process to deploy HTS tokens after the exploit upgrade. These delays started taking a huge toll to the project's credibility and treasury. 4/

During the last months, the dev team has been reporting several issues regarding specificities with Hedera's EVM that weren't previously mapped out and that became roadblocks preventing the completion of the DEX and the Aggregator. 3/

What started as a venture to bring a top tier decentralized exchange and aggregator to the Hedera DeFi Ecosystem ended up being a total waste of time, effort, credibility and money. 2/
