This tool chest belonged to a customer's great grandfather, who was born in 1842. Although the chest spent nearly 100 years in a basement, the paint and wood surfaces had not deteriorated at all. There's certainly something to be said for great craftsmanship and design.

Customer Ron from British Columbia made this toy truck based on our 1929 Ford Stake Bed Truck Plan (26L10.10). It is constructed from maple and walnut, with padauk strips in the bed. Great work!

Customer Levi Nadlersmith’s first attempt at a timber-frame structure turned out pretty great, we think! The greenhouse shed is 10’ x 10’ and is made of cedar. The rest is a mix of pine and spruce. Well done, Levi!

As an alternative way to dye Easter eggs, a few of our staff members used ingredients from the kitchen. Starting at the top and moving clockwise, we used onion skins, coffee beans, red cabbage, turmeric, beets and a combination of spinach, cilantro and blueberries.

This live-edge table was made in a home workshop by craftsman Llewellyn Moore of Barss Corner, Nova Scotia. The table, made of cherry and ipe (Brazilian walnut), features pegs made from Madagascar ebony and bowties made from ipe. Amazing work, Llewellyn!
