I think both are great!
I love that the new one is very different. Not just a copy-paste with more modern tech or more famous actors, like most remakes. It adapted the plot very loosely which made it completely unique.

Mine looked the same when it had root rot. I took it out, washed off the roots and half of them were black and mushy. I cut those parts off and repotted in new soil, and now they're growing beautifully 🪴

My mom used to always fill out her trackers in the evening. It was part of her evening ritual. She collected all the receipts during the day, and then at the end of the day she sat down to put them in her tracker.
