Did a moth breakfast event near Calry today. We didn't have moths for breakfast, but I set the moth trap for invited guests to see. Recorded about 50 species including these. Pebble Hook-tip, Four-spotted Footman, Scalloped Hook-tip and Mother of Pearl.

Did some moth trapping in Skreen, Co Sligo last night. Wasn't expecting much due to cold breezy conditions but managed to get five species including this Powdered Quaker.

As well as finding three Flapper Skate egg cases at Furbo Beach yesterday I found this case dried up. Soaked it overnight and it seems to be a Blonde Ray.
