in punjabi households, wrestling was big in our childhoods & a way to bond. raw on mondays, smackdown on fridays and the first name many of us knew was john cena. he gave us so many memories and seeing he won’t ever fight on both of them ever again hits different, thank you john.
John Cena after his last ever WWE Raw match: "Monday Night Raw, that's all she wrote. I love you. Thank you."

he’s literally there to pay his respects on remembrance day and you’re turning it into something hateful for no reason. it’s literally just a regular scarf, but you’re twisting it to push some agenda.
Appalling. This is a Remembrance Day ceremony in Montreal. The man in the keffiyeh is from Canadian Sikh Society. He placed a wreath on the Cenotaph — wrapped in that disrespectful garbage. I showed this to a veteran who fought for our freedoms. He wept.

for a lot of us hawayien was the first movie that really showed what sikhs went through in november 1984. the horror, the pain, everything our community faced. as a kid it shook you seeing that on screen. but for so many, it wasn’t just a movie, they faced this in real life.

The November 1984 Sikh Genocide was a dark chapter in history for the Sikh community. Thousands lost their lives in a brutal wave of state sponsored and orchestrated violence, their stories silenced but not forgotten. Never Forget 1984.
