She’s home… 🏡🐿️❤️ Luna is out of the vet hospital — and straight back into my arms. She hasn’t let go. Curled up, fast asleep… completely content 🥹 The vets think it was an infection — and the antibiotics are working. After everything… she’s safe ❤️

Update on Luna… 🐿️💔 She’s still at the vet hospital. She’s frightened. We still don’t know what’s wrong. We’ll update again as soon as we have news. 🤞❤️🐿️

He was rehydrated overnight, kept warm, and started on antibiotics. This afternoon… everything changed. His temperature is now normal. He’s fully rehydrated. And now… he’s enjoying his warm puppy milk 🍼 A small step… but everything. ❤️🐿️

He was found alone on cold concrete… 💔🐿️ Cold, weak, and burning up, this tiny baby was severely dehydrated. A kind lady contacted London Squirrels and we rushed straight to him. We suspected an infection… and that something had happened to his mum. ⬇️ See below

She’s unwell… We don’t know what’s wrong, and it’s serious. 🐿️💔 Luna is at the vet hospital today. She doesn’t understand what’s happening… but she’s being so brave. We’re doing everything we can for her. Follow her journey ❤️

…but despite everything, his injuries were too severe. In his final moments, Grommit reached out with his paw… and held onto my finger. He didn’t want to be alone. 💔 Grommit is now with the other squirrel angels. Run free, little one. You were loved until the very end.

We rushed to him immediately. He was given pain relief, his wounds carefully treated, and we wrapped him in a warm fleece inside a travel pod to keep him safe and comforted. We got Grommit to our vet as fast as we could… Read below ⬇️

He reached out… and didn’t let go. 💔🐿️ Two kind ladies contacted London Squirrels after hearing a loud thud. They rushed outside and found a tiny squirrel lying injured on the concrete patio. He had fallen from a tree. We named him Grommit. Read below ⬇️
