The Ballad of Wallis Island I went to watch this on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. It felt like something the people involved really wanted to make but just waited till they had the skills to really pull it off. The ballad was wonderful, both in and out of the movie.

The Legend of Ochi A very simple pet movie that's a bit more artsy that what you would normally take kids to see but it's just a very well done and executed all ages film with a good message and it being very competent is more than anything Disney has done in years.

Thunderbolts* The best Marvel movie in recent memory and overall in their entire library. The way it weaves its themes of mental health around its characters and simple story is really well done as well as utilizing a lot of borderline D listers incredibly effectively.

Sinners Pure cinema, from the direction, to the photography, to the story the acting and everything else, Sinners just completely blew me away. An early contender for a lot of awards this year and very deservingly so. No spoilers go watch it.

The Day The Earth Blew Up The film is a very simple old school type Looney Tunes cartoon and it really doesn't have to be any more with the extreme drought of others like it. I had a great time with its quick humor and animation, so it did its job really well.

The Cheetah Girls 2 My girlfriend wanted to watch this so here I am. It's fine, nothing offensive or terrible just a very ok 2000s style disney channel original movie. I will say that setting it in Barcelona and casting a young Belinda is pretty inspired.
