The DOJ on Matthew Farwell, accused of killing #SandraBirchmore "The government has produced hundreds of thousands of pages of discovery...hours of recordings, voluminous data extracted from several electronic devices." Bless the people who have to watch it. I hear it's awful.

The 2024 indictment against @DoctorTurtleboy has been dismissed by the Norfolk DA's Office. All cases where Lindsey Gaetani was listed as an alleged victim have been dismissed via acquittal and/or dismissal on the notion of the prosecutor.

Kelsey’s probate court hearing was scheduled for today relative to the house attachment. Her attorney filed for a writ of habeas corpus for Kelsey to be transported to the hearing. Is anyone there to give us an update?#justiceforKelsey #fkf

Judge Doolin gave the Commonwealth 30 days to find someone to prosecute @DoctorTurtleboy 's case that Cosgrove withdrew from due to conflict of interest. That time is up this Friday (10/24). In typical Norfolk County fashion however, it seems Judge Krupp extended the time to
