Like I said I 💯 do not blame the staff. I know all they want to do is help. But they are also going to be getting so overwhelmed with the system. I don’t know how people can stay and not just break 💔🥹

Are so so important. There were really sick people there needing attention and too worried to bother anyone to ask for help. And even those that do just get reminded how busy everyone is. It’s all heartbreaking and so so scary.

Even simple things like shutting a window were mad. It was cold I decided to get out of bed in pain and attached to a drip, unplug my drip and close the window. It took 10/15 mins. But if I called someone they’d take longer to come. The little things are being missed and they

It was only at 12pm the next day when I had a huge meltdown and sent my pulse rocketing (mums a nurse I’m lucky to have her and lucky she was there) they decided they could give me some kind of plan!

Other end of the ward anyway. I got so much mis communication I got told I could eat before a CT Scan and just as I went to they told me I couldn’t. I was begging for info all night for the sake of my sanity. Nothing could get done.

I didn’t even have a blanket on it. But all of that aside it’s not SAFE! there was no call bell and not even an oxygen supply so it’s unreal to think what could happen… they wanted to give me a hand bell (that never materialised but they would never have heard it from the

On my 1st night I was put on an extra bed. Not even in a bed space. All 4 other patients on the ward had experienced this bed. There was no bay or privacy it was placed vertically at the end of the room between 2 horizontal beds
