Muy necesario análisis que arroja más luz a la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres después del primer hijo. Interesante (y triste) ver como para trabajadores a tiempo completo la brecha sigue existiendo. Es decir, no se trata solo de diferencias en jornadas laborales
