I'm running Circlator version 1.55 and spades version 3.13.0 This is a somewhat old version I know, Circlator recommends 3.7.1, but I can't get that to work together nicely. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!.

Hi @spadesassembler Big fan here of your work. I was wondering if you could advise me on this: I'm running spades as part of circlator now. spades-bwa get's 6 threads to do its thing. It consistently uses only 1 thread. Is this perhaps a bug or a config issue I can resolve?

Wil je iets bijdragen: .promovendi, kijk eens naar je lokale PhD council. PI's/profs, ga eens na of je bijdraagt aan deze verschijnselen, al is het in kleine hoeveelheden. Managers, hoe is lokale promovendi vertegenwoordiging geregeld? Kunnen zij ondersteuning gebruiken?.

Zie hier, de reden waarom ik zo veel tijd ben gestoken in promovendi vertegenwoordiging. In mijn ervaring bij @UU_GSLS zijn deze problemen zeldzaam, maar wel systematisch en hardnekkig. Blij dat er nationale aandacht voor is!.

I bought this @nanopore device just before covid-19 hit and haven't been able to do the proper experiments since then. Today, it finally runs! Can't wait to sequence more long reads! :D
