G'mar Chatima Tova to those observing Yom Kippur today. Yom Kippur is also called the Day of Atonement and is the holiest day of the Jewish calendar. Starting at sunset this evening, for 25 hours, those who observe will abstain from earthly pleasures including eating & drinking.
