A very late Nationals update now (now that I’ve finally stopped sulking) 🙈 Ozzie was an absolute super star but unfortunately a couple of mistakes left us on 67.4% in 11th place with the winner on 69.4% meaning without the mistakes we would have been up there 🤦‍♀️

Yesterday I had my first PT session with Sean Cottrell. Working on my balance, strength & conditioning specifically tailored to my needs. I was quite shocked to discover I am very wonkey, because of an old injury to my ankle. I’m already looking forward to my next session 💪🏼
