This may have been my last trip down to the Jamestown/Yorktown area with 100+ 4th graders. It was a GRAND day. So glad I was able to go with @LarkinEpstein @MsMOakSt and meet up with @heidisrambles

Had so much fun at @mehms seeing Ms. Leahey and Ms. Introna's math classes with the 5th Grade teachers. We saw so much student engagement and math talk during their thinking tasks! And we got to see some of our old (now taller than us😅) friends from OSES!

Ms. Capozzi's mathematicians learned about teen numbers and identifying sides and vertices of shapes while rotating through 4 stations in Math Workshop. Her students were engaged and clear on their expectations 🤩
