User Acceptance Testing is a vital part of the development lifecycle. Once we have completed development and quality assurance we hand over to UAT for a dedicated two weeks where the client can test the flow of the system, confirming we have built the product to specification.

We develop projects by dividing the tasks up into sprints, in order of importance and priority. Sprints are often two weekly increments of development followed by a project demonstration which heightens the collaboration between us and the client leading to a better system.

The workshop is arguably the most important part of the initial process. Our team speak to your key stakeholders to establish the best technical solution and provide a specification with interactive wireframes, allowing you to click around your system before the project begins.

We have worked with Penny Hydraulics previously to build crane configurators for their different departments. They wanted to improve their sales process for a Commercial show they had coming up by utilising iPads to easily showcase products and capture leads instantly.

Reports show that organisations are losing £113 billion each year in wasted time and resources, duplication of effort and missed opportunities as a result of disconnected data. Something which could be solved with a bespoke ERP system and automation, giving an excellent ROI.

PD Industrial wanted to separate themselves from the competition with the accuracy of their live reporting. The live view updates as damages and reports are being completed by inspectors and fitters which is visible to both the customer and PD office staff.

We have recently started a new project. The system will integrate with existing hardware such as barcode scanners, it will track customer’s products from ordering through to shipping. The system will include stock level tracking, with ‘safe level’ flags and user management.

As part of a larger ERP system, a highlight feature for ELM Group was the task management. Both personal and project related tasks can be created and managed easily within the system. Tasks are assigned to users with due dates, enabling better productivity within teams.
