I grew up in a Mud house with my grandparents in Igando,Lagos. We later moved into a “face me I face you” house in ikotun. Squatted with friends for 7yrs and later got a one bedroom apartment.

I was so happy seeing the legendary Sunday Are during the Wizkid concert at MSG. I will never forget how he supported my music prison project in lagos. In 2011, I took two boys I got out prison to his office and he gave them employment immediately and paid for others bail. 👑🙌🏼

80% of the inmates in Kirikiri are youths in their prime ages and they have been awaiting trials for years. This was my last concert for them in 2017 and till date so many of them are still awaiting trials. We can’t keep quiet and watch our youths rot in jail. Cc

to my concert at medium prison Kirikiri in 2017. After the concert, he was heartbroken with the numbers of inmates who were in prison for minor offenses & couldn’t afford bail. So he raised some money and two weeks later we got freedom for 27 inmates.
