Great to see so many people at the RR Expo tonight. Milton Keynes parkrun, Rightmove MK Marathon Weekend, Up and Running, Runners Needs, lacrosse, Korfball, Army air corps... you name it. Even renowned author and club mate Mark ‘Run like Duck’ Atkinson was there... 🏆🏆🏆

MK junior parkrun is 200 events old on Sunday. The team there would love to have 200 juniors taking part to celebrate. Please come along, borrow a child (or 2) if necessary! Nearly 2500 different juniors have been over the last 4 years. :-)
