In total, 89 dumpers were recorded for the study area.
From 5:45 am to 7:30 am monitoring time.
Illegal dumping tends to occur early hours of the day & late at night
Waste dumped mostly comprises food waste, plastic, clothes
They will come on social media to blackmail government,see them,they look so innocent 😇
They came to dump 5 bags of waste at Command Median at around 11pm yesternight. Our

STYROFOAM IS A CHOKING HAZARD FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT
If it can’t be reused, repaired, rebuilt, refurbished resold, or recycled, then it should be restricted, or removed from production. It cannot be right to manufacture billions of objects that are used for a matter of minutes.
We decided to lay back at night,after evacuation,we caught people dumping refuse at same spot less than 10 hours.We followed some home,we realized PSP actually service the area,but refused to use the services to avoid the cost of proper waste disposal.
