I really hope #DPD reply. I’ve tried reporting today’s failed delivery but their in-app chat conflicts with my phone’s menu UI, so I literally can’t type or send messages. No way to report the issue properly.

Just to prove I’m not anti-courier 😄 my local #Evri driver is brilliant and always delivers to my front door. I actually breathe a sigh of relief when I see Evri handling a parcel.

#DPD apparently think a communal entrance counts as my “Front Porch”. Clear TOP FLOOR delivery instructions ignored again. No buzz, just dump & go. Raw cat food left on the mud. “secure delivery”? 😂🐱 #DeliveryFail

Two parcels “delivered” by @RoyalMail yesterday. Same useless proof photo for both. Both missing. Apparently dumping parcels somewhere in a block now counts as successful delivery. Brilliant! #RoyalMail
