The most contented cat 🐈 😻 Poor Kovu is still at the vets, his second night in but hopefully we'll get him home tomorrow. Vet says he's much better & has been eating even though he's on a drip for fluids.

Dark shed & sleepy cows 🐄 Sleepy Karen too tbh! Sally is due tomorrow so first calf of the year should arrive around mid Jan. Calved in the power outage in February by the lights of the tractor, that was an experience 😆

Mouse is still behind the cooker & he knows it! Pets are infinitely better though so we'll take those instead ☺️

He was fast asleep beside me when a rustle came from under the cooker. Shot awake & onto the ground in about 0.5 seconds & tail now going like a suck calf 🤣🤣

The bits you don't usually get to see! Letting Puzzle in to suck this morning & Jigsaw has legs like Michael Flatley, can fly in any direction independent of her body 😂 So you need to be quick on your toes!

Was having a lovely vivid dream where I was jetting off to America in the morning when sudden realisation hit that my passport was missing. Woke up in a panic because it is actually missing & had a few absolute moments of horror before I knew it had been a dream 😮💨🤣

Feeding before sunrise it's always dark in the shed 😮💨 Holly has clearly not lived up to her Christmas spirit name either! Must get Oddie laying down later to see if her shoe is still nailed on.

Definitely didn't get what she wanted for Christmas 😂😂😂 She settled down after this at least. Deddeh can be heard wishing the cows a happy Christmas in the background, soft hearted farmer 🥰
